Negotiated numerous CLA’s and Long Term Social Contracts with “Evergreen” clauses that served as a model to modify labor law. 

Managed major programs that reduced work related injuries that resulted in savings of over $5 million in Workmen’s Compensation costs.

Key member of senior management teams mandated to develop and implement fundamental business and cultural changes, including restructuring, that are required to succeed in highly competitive and global markets.

Managed all HR and LR functions in the manufacturing and natural resources sectors and acted as Head of Profession to colleagues in large manufacturing and multi-division units totaling over 2 500 employees.

Key member of teams mandated to develop and implement total employee involvement in the decisional processes at appropriate knowledge levels.

Aligned HR departments to support and contribute significantly to the business plans.

He is degreed in Psychology and Sociology and has minors in Business and English.
