Led/directed/motivated team through re-opening of multi-million dollar facility by identifying requirements and creating a blueprint for implementation resulting in a re-opened facility on time, under budget.
Redesigned operational processes and repositioned high-end multi-disciplined operation along with a change of delivery method of product/services resulting in a successful company-wide implementation with a local 50% sales increase and quantitative service level jump from 80% to 98.5%.
Maintained direction/vision of multi/departmental operation while organizing/directing organization’s resurgence by identifying and creating milestone/long term goals and focusing personnel on short term successes resulting in a team that completed all required initial projects and quickly moved into second and subsequent phases of overall objective.
Facilitated single-handed shutdown of regional operation, and subsequent facility sale by expediting Head Office directed local concerns, maintained financial controls and expedited Head Office media/PR issues ending with a successfully completed low cost shutdown.
Directed theatre construction completion and non-profit re-alignment for arts organization by bringing a new level of credibility to Board of Directors, taking overall lead in construction needs, setting up initial policies and procedures all of which culminated in completion and opening of theatre on time/on budget, a new and stronger Board of Directors, strong volunteer participation, revenue producing programming in place, local City involvement of $1 million in addition to a number of operationally sustainable fundraising initiatives.
