SELECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
For a major national brand, directed the opening of over 30 new fully service franchised restaurants in Western Canada adding over 60 million dollars to system sales.
Drove the “continuous quality improvement” process for the brand to ensure that facility design, capital costs and operating systems delivered an enhanced return on investment for the business owners.
Successfully redeveloped and restored an historic 25,000 sq.ft public school building for a not for profit independent school, in partnership with a residential real estate developer.
Spearheaded the acquisition and conversion of a high tech office building to a private educational facility.
Implemented enhanced accounting and financial reporting systems, integrated cash flow and investment management for an educational services company resulting in lower operating costs, eliminating the need for lines of credit and generating interest revenue stream.
Implemented software based solutions including CRM systems and a Reservations/Guest Services call centre for a resort accommodations management company.
As part of an acquisition and merger, led a strategic real estate review for a home entertainment retail brand. Developed an action plan for store re-locations, renovations and new store site selection.
