A seasoned Human Resources Management executive who has extensive experience as a practitioner and business educator gained over 35 years in international telecommunications, pharmaceuticals and fine chemicals, government service and post-secondary education. Managed the global Customer Care education program for an international telecommunications company serving airlines in over 220 countries as it moved from not-for-profit to commercial status.
