| John Harris has over 30 years’ experience in providing
professional services to the Government, Public Education, Health Care,
Not-for-Profit and Telecommunications Sectors. He is a bilingual graduate
of McGill University, a Certified Management Consultant and is eligible
for designation as a Professional Engineer. His current fields of professional
