Assisted the Board with implementation of a new policy governance model.
Initiated and completed a full organizational review and rebuilt National Office operations for a national non-profit organization. Secured increased government funding under new funding guidelines and raised over $400,000 annually from private sources.

Developed and implemented a cross-country corporate relocation plan. Project was completed on time and significantly under its $65 million budget.

Managed the North American marketing and customer service operation for $2.5 billion pension portfolio of a major insurance company.
