Developed and assisted in the execution of the supply chain strategy of a major Canadian integrated oil company and realized over $12 million annual savings and improved service levels.

Led the development of a supply chain strategy that resulted in returning a major building material distributor (a $300 million enterprise) to profitability within 18 months.

Developed a program that expanded the distribution capacity of a major consumer goods distributor by 15% without any outlay of funds.

As a responsible manager, reduced the total distribution costs of a major home furnishing retailer by over 35% and significantly improved product quality within two years.

As a manager, led the redesign of the distribution network of a major consumer goods distributor and increased capacity by 22% with productivity improved by 15%.

As an engineer, developed the economic and risk evaluation model that realized over $150 million savings in reduced equipment parts inventory and failure impact for a major oilsands operator.
