imaging firm that achieved over $1M in savings, a 95% fill rate and 90%
same day order processing.
Led a $6M energy retrofit of two major retail distribution centres netting
utility savings of $1M. Created 1 Megawatt of back-up generating capacity.
Created the North American Integrated Supply Chain for a leading document
technology firm that enabled a $100M inventory reduction program while
reducing order fulfillment time by 80%.
Developed a labour strategy for a large distributor to switch 2,000 supply
chain employees from a five day work week to a 24/7 operation to allow
continuous product flow to 450 retail outlets.
Built the corporate logistics function, including warehouse, transportation
and barcode systems, for a $1.4B industrial and commercial distributor
with 23 locations. Identified supply chain savings of over 20% and established
a long term consolidation plan.
Led numerous multi facility consolidation programs resulting in significant
cost reductions and several innovative HR solutions.
Designed, built and continue to support a multi-program outreach centre
serving at risk citizens in the core of a rapidly growing city. Operations
include a central food bank, meals, community food delivery and kid’s
camps.
