SELECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
Provided business advisory services to small and medium businesses in
the areas of business plans, strategic plans, succession planning, sourcing
of conventional bank debt and equity financing.
Co-founded a $25 million subordinated debt fund. Secured the investors
and managed the fund from its initial start-up through to profitability.
As founder and co-investor, completed the purchase of a local organization
involved in product replacement for the general insurance industry. Eventually
sold operations to a group of investors and employees.
Championed a number of successful new transactions for a bank, including
trade finance, project financing, management buyouts and conventional
bank lending.
Acted as the General Manager for a custom fabrication operation on a long-term
assignment.
As interim General Manager for a large branch of a business services company
in the entertainment industry, directed its turnaround to one of the most
profitable segments in the company.
Led the sale of a technology division of a national entertainment services
