has worked in all facets of Human Resource practice in Canada, Europe
and Asia. Trevor’s strength’s in employee/labour relations,
international business/HR, compensation and change management strategies,

Solved long- standing salary administration and pay practice problems
through the overhaul of the Hay salary system, implemented job ladders,
broad-bands and rationalized compensation policies.
Analyzed and implemented HR systems and programs in Europe and Asia. Hired
and trained local HR teams for start up and transition work at all new
locations.
Designed successful recruitment and succession planning programs that
ensured skilled and leadership positions were filled and construction
project needs met.
Fostered constructive and strike free employee relations in pipeline and
plant locations and developed a tax effective employee severance program
copied by other companies.
Applied knowledge of statutory and administrative justice and mediation
skills to avoid costly legal proceedings, made effective representation
to governments and agencies and fairly disposed of pension appeals.
