THE CHALLENGE
The company Principals wished to combine their operations with other
corporations offering complementary services. In order to pursue this
strategy, the company required an executive resource, comfortable working
in
a technology driven environment, and with experience in finance, mergers
and acquisitions and marketing to lead this initiative.
THE APPROACH
Provide an interim Vice President with corporate development knowledge.
