The company Principals wished to combine their operations with other corporations offering complementary services. In order to pursue this strategy, the company required an executive resource, comfortable working in
a technology driven environment, and with experience in finance, mergers and acquisitions and marketing to lead this initiative.

Provide an interim Vice President with corporate development knowledge.
