Successfully planned, negotiated and operationalized numerous primary health care delivery models throughout Ontario.

Provided strategic advice, planning support and mentoring to several large multi-service health and community service organizations.

Founded and successfully managed a small, highly specialized business through start-up and growth to prosperous maturity over a twenty-five year period.

Developed and executed a successful, multi- million dollar national community development initiative with multiple stakeholders and complex political environment.

Planned, developed and implemented a $5 million fund raising campaign for a national Not-For-Profit charitable organization.

Provided strong leadership and successfully navigated a national charitable organization through exceptional economic challenges over a multi-year period.

Developed and implemented a 4-phase national public education strategy utilizing television, radio, billboards, print materials that increased organizational profile and secured ongoing funding.

Provided solid leadership to the Board of Directors and Committees of the Board that ensured the organization met and exceeded its legal, financial and program goals and commitments.
