SELECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

Executive responsibility for a multimillion dollar initiative that resulted in the closure of Ontario’s three facilities for adults with developmental disabilities within budget and on time.

Consolidated five organizations/programs providing services to children which resulted in streamlined service delivery and improved responsiveness

Co-chaired a cross ministry directors steering committee that developed a plan which led to significantly improved French language services across Ontario

Initiated a successful strategic planning process reflective of a diverse community and a geographically dispersed staff.

Improved service delivery and outcomes for families of special needs children through the establishment of a process that engaged senior executives in health and social services

By planning and directing the relocation of 275 staff into new accommodation in a co-located site of 13 Ontario ministry offices, enhanced the work environment for all staff and reduced overall cost
