\n\t\t\tPatricia (Pat) Vanelli, a pragmatic and results-driven Human Resources executive with a history of negotiating positive collective agreements has joined The Osborne Group.\u00a0 With experience in national and multinational retail, packaged goods, healthcare and logistics, Pat has earned a solid reputation for her high business acumen and sharp focus on business needs while optimizing human capital to achieve key strategic results. She previously held senior HR positions at DHL, CML Healthcare Inc., Newell Rubbermaid Canada, Cashway Building Centres and Home Depot.<\/p>\n
Pat led the merger and reorganization of a US multi-national consumer packaged goods organization from four operating units to a single unit resulting in a 20% improvement in selling and general administrative costs. She has successfully negotiated more than twelve collective agreements as chief spokesperson with SEIU, OPSEU, UNIFOR, HSA and Teamsters. Another key success was preparing for, and achieving within seven months, a successful WSIB Workwell Audit covering more than 100 locations and 700 employees.<\/p>\n
Pat is a Certified Human Resource Leader, a graduate of Durham College and also has an Industrial Relations Certificate from Queens University. She completed a Mediation in Workplace program at Osgoode Hall Law School.<\/p>\n
