Melodie works with not-for-profit organizations in health, community and social services to help them achieve excellence. Her experience includes integrations and amalgamations, governance, strategic planning, and program/organizational reviews.

For the past 15 years Melodie has worked collaboratively with Boards of Directors and senior leaders to assess, plan and implement solutions that ensure future success.

Developed a Fundamentals of Governance manual and provided governance training for the Association of Family Health Teams of Ontario (AFHTO) and its members

Developed Strategic Plans (including operational and tactical plans) for numerous agencies and organizations including

  • Association of Family Health Teams of Ontario (AFHTO)
  • Many Family Health Teams across the province
  • The Ontario College of Family Physicians (OCFP)
  • Toronto Lawyers Association

Assessed organizational, leadership and governance issues and provided recommendations to organizations in crisis
