Designed and led major organizational change initiative to implement evidence-based clinical practice in large children's services agency ($60 million plus)
Provided organizational development and strategic planning support to numerous non-profit Boards.
Managed diverse portfolio of corporate support functions, including Information Technology, Human Resources, Quality Assurance, Facilities, Communication and fundraising for large social service agencies (over $40 million). Achievements included selection and implementation of new systems, development of long-range space building project, facilitation of organizational change processes, and development of planning systems.
Managed start-up of operations for several foundations.
Managed operations and participated in negotiations for one merger partner in a three-way amalgamation for a $30 million hospital foundation.
Provided facilitation and training support for the implementation phase for a major Canadian bank of $140 million business process redesign project.
Developed and facilitated a strategic and operational planning process involving Board and staff of a non profit environmental organization. Assisted the Board with implementation of a new policy governance model.
Initiated and completed a full organizational review and rebuilt National Office operations for a national non-profit organization. Secured increased government funding under new funding guidelines and raised over $400,000 annually from private sources.
Developed and implemented a cross-country corporate relocation plan. Project was completed on time and significantly under its $65 million budget.
Managed the North American marketing and customer service operation for $2.5 billion pension portfolio of a major insurance company.
