We need more leadership bench strength.
In many not-for-profits, management handles most day-to-day HR issues, but occasionally needs extra support for time-consuming, specialized or complex matters. We offer interim or ad hoc HR leadership and advice to your team.
We're struggling to recruit and retain staff.
Staff and applicants indicate our overall compensation packages are not competitive. Our compensation reviews help you remain competitive, fair and compliant on all aspects of compensation, including salary, total benefits, and pathways to promotion.

If your team is experiencing productivity challenges, unclear roles, or service delivery issues, we can conduct an organizational review to uncover inefficiencies and propose improvements.
Our HR policies and processes are not robust, efficient, and scalable.
Missing or outdated policies can pose legal and operational risks. We help ensure your policies are up-to-date, compliant, and support your team effectively.
We don't have the resources for specialized HR projects.
If your internal team lacks the time or needed expertise for specific HR initiatives, we can step in and deliver targeted project support that gets results. Our team has the skills needed to hit the ground running.
We need some senior-level help.
Common triggers include an impending retirement or sudden departure, an outdated organizational or program structure, new programs that are not meeting service targets, help with mergers and integrations, restructuring, or emerging board/staff concerns. Often when organizations focus on operations, they forget about developing the skills of their leaders.
