Scope of AI Use
We use AI tools selectively to support tasks such as research, document drafting, analysis, and internal
operations.

Human Oversight
AI is used to assist, not replace, human expertise. All decisions and deliverables involving AI are subject to human review and approval.

Ethical Principles
We strive for transparency, privacy, and environmental stewardship in all AI use. We are open about how we use AI and we consider the environmental impact of AI tasks, as well as the data governance practices of AI providers for alignment with our values as a firm.

Data Protection
All AI tools and vendors used by The Osborne Group must meet our data security requirements and comply with applicable Canadian privacy legislation. Our AI governance practices are integrated with the data protection standards described in our Cybersecurity and Privacy Policies.

Training and Review
All principals and associates who use AI tools in their professional work receive guidance on responsible use, data protection, and quality standards. We review and update our AI practices regularly as tools and best practices evolve.
