You should have significant senior management experience, be a self-starter and meet the following criteria:
- 20-25 years diversified business, government or not-for-profit experience with at least 8 years at the executive level in areas such as general management, finance, operations, human resources, communications, marketing, sales or information technology;
- Able and willing to market yourself and work collaboratively with the other executives in our practice;
- Have a successful track record creating and leading effective management teams.

Osborne Group Principals are seasoned executives who fill senior level positions on a flexible interim or contract basis. We also provide senior leadership for a wide range of projects to ensure timely and effective development and implementation. We coach or consult on critical issues, provide honest assessments of situations and practical, actionable implementation recommendations and support. Every Osborne Group Principal has a minimum of 20 years of management experience, with at least 8 at the executive level. We are known for our ability to hit the ground running and get the job done with sustainable results that exceed client expectations.
Osborne Group Principals develop business for themselves and for our colleagues. We serve clients in the areas of general management, finance, operations, human resources, information technology, communications, marketing or sales. Principals work from home offices across southern Ontario. Attendance at 1 to 2 meetings per month at The Osborne Group Toronto office is expected.

Applicants must have 20 or more years of business experience in 2 or more organizations, preferably in different industries. Eight or more years at the executive level is expected (i.e. Director, Vice President, other C-level roles). Previous consulting experience, a collaborative style and excellent networking skills will contribute to success as an Osborne Group Principal.
