New Principals:

The Osborne Group is a team of senior executives who contribute to our clients success by providing hands-on interim management, project management, consulting and coaching. Our office is in Toronto, and Principals work from home offices across southern Ontario.

We seek self-reliant men and women with significant direct senior management experience who want greater flexibility in their working lives. If you meet the following criteria, we would like to talk to you:

  • 25 years of diversified business experience, at least 8 of them at the executive level, in such areas as general management, finance, operations, human resources, communications, marketing, sales or information technology.
  • Able and willing to market yourself and the other executives in the practice
  • A successful track record of creating and leading effective teams.
