Josee joined Fred Victor as the Director of Property Services and Real Estate from November 2018 to August 2021. During her time, Josee went well beyond the responsibilities given to her and her impact was felt throughout the organization. She provided much-needed stability to our leadership team during times of change and uncertainty. As CEO from 2020 onwards, I worked closely with Josee and benefitted from her deep finance, operations, and leadership experience. As the pandemic hit, her leadership was even more critical as we dealt with program movement, re-location, and funding challenges. I would highly recommend working with Josee to any organization needing a strong, stable presence in their leadership team.
