  • Coach leaders/executives on performance management, career goals, and goal setting.
  • Coach employees and leadership team in building and enhancing morale, employee engagement and communication leading to more than 13% reduction in turnover among high performers.
  • Managing leadership and employee survey implementation including 360 surveys and individual career surveys containing managing process and leading results discussions
