Selected Achievements

Innovation: Led the creation of IT Source, a centralized RFP distribution, submission and awards consulting group modelled on the private sector to serve the IT Organization of the Ontario Public Service.

Strategy: Led the development of the OPS I&IT Strategy: 2016-2020 focused on using technology to improve delivery of government programs, updating old and outdated systems, and enabling the analysis of data for improved decision making.

Transformation: Led an enterprise-wide strategic project management business transformation across the Ontario Public Service I&IT Organization. Successfully managed relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners.
