Three new Principals have joined The Osborne Group bringing significant new skills and sector experience in healthcare, supply chain management and municipal government to the practice.

Margaret Bawden (B.Sc., MBA, P. Eng.), most recently Director, Broader Public Sector Supply Chain Transformation for the Ontario Government, is an accomplished strategist who develops plans that deliver innovative and cost sensitive solutions. She is an energetic leader with global experience and proven success gained in government, industry and top tier consulting firms. Margaret has significant experience developing strategic partnerships through building consensus and consultation to improve service delivery and achieve better outcomes. She held senior positions at Procter & Gamble, A.T. Kearney, Accenture, Hewlett-Packard, Stevenson Kellogg and Ontario Buys. Margaret has a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from University of Toronto and an MBA from INSEAD in France.

Rachel Levy (B.Sc., ACC) is an executive coach and business consultant who drives growth and operational effectiveness. Her broad business experience is used to help clients gain insight into new possibilities for increased effectiveness. Rachel has successfully initiated and led strategies for change in complex multi-channel environments both nationally and globally. Before establishing her own coaching and consulting practice, she held senior positions in business development, marketing and learning/development at Rogers Communications and Berlitz Language Centres. Rachel has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto; a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University and; accreditation as Associate Certified Coach from the International Coaching Federation.

Joe van Koeverden (B. Comm. MBA) has a powerful combination of municipal, government and private sector senior management and consulting experience. Joe’s progressive leadership style and collaborative approach combined with an extensive education and training background led him to develop theories and models that are applied to help clients achieve success. Joe was the Chief Administrative Officer for the Ontario municipalities of Dryden and of Asphodel-Norwood. He was the President/CEO for the Saskatchewan Gaming Corporation and held senior positions with a provincial agency in Thunder Bay and at the City of London. Joe received a Bachelor of Commerce degree and later, an MBA in Hospitality and Tourism, from the University of Guelph.
